By booking a trip with Seventeam Ltd. you are deemed to have accepted on behalf of everyone involved in the booking these Booking Conditions, which constitutes the entire agreement between you and Seventeam Ltd., and your booking will be accepted by us on this basis. The following conditions are valid for all tours and services, operated through the websites and brand names of Seventeam Ltd (incl., but not limited to Seventeam Travel: travel.svntm.bg.com).
BOOKING PROCESS
A reservation is possible both by a client online and by Seventeam Ltd employees at a pre-agreed program and price. In both cases, a payment invoice (manually generated) is issued and sent, which also represents a booking request by the client for the services offered by Seventeam Ltd. All special requirements and medical problems must be reported by the client before or at the latest at the time of booking and reconfirmed, if acceptable to Seventeam Ltd, before any payment made by the client. After receiving full payment, the necessary information will be sent to the client or provided directly to the client upon arrival, containing vouchers (where applicable) and other relevant information (route notes, maps, general tour information, etc.). Please ensure that all details in the reservation are correct and contact us immediately if you notice any incorrect or missing information.
To start a reservation, the client must make a request through our website and, after confirmation of available places, pay the required deposit on the proforma invoice sent within a specified period of 48 hours. (50% of the total package price). In case of lack of places available, we will offer you another accommodation or another date or refund the deposit paid (minus 15 euros/person for transaction fees/non-refundable costs). Any change to a reservation may result in the inability to fulfil it, so please book a specific tour only if you have firm travel plans. Adding people/rooms and additional services at later stages will be subject to availability.
1. Your trip will be confirmed upon reaching the minimum number, at the latest 20 days before departure.
2. If the trip is cancelled by us before this date, a full refund will be given, excluding any bank charges. If the trip is rescheduled to another date, you may choose to spread out any payments you have made to secure a place on the new travel dates.
3. We advise you not to book your flights until the trip is confirmed. We are unable to refund trips booked before the trip is confirmed.
5. Any additional time in the destination, beyond the start and end dates of the tour, is at your own expense. If you arrive before or after our arranged check-in/transfer (on trips where this is offered), we can make suggestions on how to enjoy your day. We cannot guarantee accommodation in the hotels listed in the itinerary outside of the travel dates. If you are planning an extended stay before and/or after the program dates, you may contact us for additional assistance, subject to availability and availability.
6. Visas may be required to enter the destination and are at your own expense. It is your responsibility to research visa requirements for each country/destination and coordinate your visa within the appropriate timeframes required by your local embassy. We are unable to refund any amounts if you are denied entry into the country, even if we or our local agent have provided visa support (e.g. if the local agent has provided you with the invitation letter).
7. If a trip is priced in a currency other than your own, or if we have provided approximate amounts in your local currency, please note that currency fluctuations may affect the final converted price in your currency. We have no control over global currency fluctuations and it will be your responsibility to monitor this. Payments are due in the currency stated on the trip page.
8. You understand that we may provide the pre-arranged transfer details on your arrival date, where this is included in the price of your trip, if we receive your flight arrival details immediately after your trip has been confirmed by us and your flight ticket has been purchased. Failure to provide this information in a timely manner may result in the transfer not being provided.
ACCOMMODATION
All tour costs are considered on a sharing basis with two guests per room in twin bedding; we will pair you with another solo female traveller on the trip so that there are no single supplements.
1. If you wish to have your own room, a single supplement will apply per trip. Some trips, due to the nature of the accommodation, may not allow for single supplements.
2. In very rare occasions, bedding options may be limited to double beds instead of twin beds. This will be made clear in the package options.
3. If you are traveling with a companion, please let us know in advance so we can pair you in the same room.
3. We are unable to accommodate more than 2 guests to a room unless a trip has been specifically designed like this.
4. If you need to change rooms at any stage throughout the tour to be paired with a different traveller, please let your host / tour leader know as soon as possible. We will make our best efforts to ensure you are comfortable with your shared room arrangement but you understand that this may come at the additional cost of a single room.
5. You are responsible for the safety and security of your belongings within a shared room setting.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
We are committed to making our trips accessible to as many women as possible and for that reason, we will do what is in our power to accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, medical conditions and other needs of our guests.
1. By joining our trips, you agree to notify us of any requirements before reserving a spot so we can confirm that your needs will be met within the limitations of the itinerary, the destination and the trip style.
2. You also understand that some types of trips may require a minimum level of fitness or mobility, or may not easily accommodate dietary requirements or allergies.
We will endeavour to discuss possible options with you prior to reserving your spot and provide you with the most accurate information available to us for you to make an informed decision.
3. By joining our trips, you also state that you know of no physical or mental condition that would create a hazard for you or others, or affect other people’s enjoyment of the trip.
4. On some destinations, we may request a medical certificate that ensures you will be able to safely participate in all activities. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a booking should we determine that we are unable to accommodate your needs on our tours.
5. Guests who are pregnant should advise us at the time of booking, or as soon as they learn about their pregnancy. We are unable to accept guests who are beyond 24 weeks pregnant on a tour. Should you need to cancel for this reason we recommend having a comprehensive travel insurance policy in place to reimburse your payments.
WAIVER
Participants assume the risk involved when participating in any kind of travel, and any and all activities and/or pursuits voluntarily undertaken while participating in the tour.
ALCOHOL AND DRUGS
We do not tolerate drug use of any kind during our trips and we require responsible alcohol consumption, for your safety and that of those around you.
You will comply with the laws of all countries visited, including the minimum age for alcohol consumption, which may vary according to the destination. Failure to abide by this provision may result in immediate termination of your trip without a refund or other liability by us, our local partners or agents.
PAYMENTS
To facilitate the booking process all clients are required to pay a deposit of 50% per person (from the package price). In any case, the required deposit will be made clear on your invoice.
Full payment should be received no later than 45 days before departure. If your booking is made within 45 days of the departure date, it is required 100% payment at the time of booking. If full payment is not captured on time, we will send you a written reminder and if no payment follows within 2 business days, we reserve the right to effectively cancel your reservation and keep the payments done so far as a penalty.
Payment deadlines are always present inside the reservation confirmations received by the clients and should be followed strictly. All bank charges should be paid by the sender (OUR), including those of the sending bank, intermediary banks, and the receiving bank of Seventeam Ltd. and payments should always be instructed in EUR or BGN as per your invoice.
Note for bank payments sent outside Europe: Wire transfers made outside Europe often pass via intermediary banks. These banks charge extra (appr. 20-30 Euros per transfer). All clients should make sure their bank does not use such mediators, otherwise, the charges of the latter will also be added to the final bill of the client.
BOOKING ALTERATIONS/CHANGES OF TRAVEL DATES AND CONDITIONS
Changes in the published prices by Seventeam Ltd. before your booking confirmation shall not be treated as indecorousness from our side. Although we do our best to maintain up-to-date rates throughout our websites, unfavourable changes in exchange rates, local operators’ costs, transportation costs and taxes may occur, which will affect the final price. In such cases, we will cover any increase up to 3% of the published price, but the client will be responsible for covering the balance and will be notified about the changes as soon as they become known to Seventeam Ltd.
If the increase is more than 8% the client can cancel the reservation within 3 days of the notification and the recoverable costs of their deposit will be refunded. If a full payment is received by that time however no surcharges will be paid by the client. If a client wants to do changes in the tour program (especially its dates) it is necessary that these are advised as early as possible. Although we will make efforts to satisfy those changes, we do not guarantee that we will be able to meet such requests. Administrative taxes of 45 Euros per person up to 100% of the package price will be applied in such cases if the customer effectively wishes to change the travel dates or go for a different program. The reservation amendment may involve as an addition supplement, related to the use of other hotels, which is also payable by the client.
CANCELLATIONS BY THE CLIENT AND “NO-SHOWS”
All cancellations must be made in writing to Seventeam Ltd. at our corporate email: info@travel.svntm.com. Cancellations notified verbally to company employees (i.e. drivers, tour guides, resort representatives, office staff, etc.) or in writing to any other email address will not be considered valid. If a ground service provided by Seventeam Ltd. is missed by a client (i.e. transfer, tour, etc.) due to last minute illness, flight cancellation, etc., this will be considered a “no-show” and no refund will be given. The same rule applies if a client decides to leave the holiday before its end. We can issue, upon request, a document confirming the cancellation details, which you can use to make a claim through your insurance company. We strongly advise all clients to book travel insurance with appropriate coverage before booking flights or purchasing tours or making other arrangements on the ground.
The following cancellation fees (as a percentage of the total cost, but not less than the deposit!) apply to cancellations made by clients of services/tours within Bulgaria:
up to 30 days before the travel date – 30 BGN – service fee.
– 30 to 15 days before the travel date – 50% of the total travel cost
– 14 to 7 days before the travel date – 85% of the total travel cost.
– 6 days or less before the travel date – 100% of the total travel cost.
CANCELLATIONS BY SEVENTEAM LTD.
In the unlikely event that Seventeam Ltd. needs to change significantly or cancel a certain reservation, the client will be given the choice to:
1) accept the changed arrangements;
2) order an alternative holiday from Seventeam Ltd. (if a cheaper holiday is chosen the price difference will be refunded to the client; if it is a more expensive one, the difference should be paid extra by the client);
3) cancel or accept cancellations by Seventeam Ltd. (full refund will be obtained).
Seventeam Ltd. is not responsible for any incidental expenses that a client may have incurred as a result of the booking such as visas, vaccinations or non-refundable flights.

Seventem, Ltd. will act and do whatever is possible to the best of its abilities to minimize the impact on the client’s journey in such cases (which may include offers for alternative activities instead (though these may require extra payment). Claims for missed flights, only partially or unused other services as a result of such circumstances will not be acknowledged in such cases.
HANDLING OF COMPLAINTS
Should our clients experience problems during their holidays, which cannot be resolved on spot by the local company representative or partner agency (or if there is no such person – the hotelier, carrier or the local agent), they must inform in written SeventeamLtd. with an email sent to info@travel.svntm.com . Please make sure to include full details of the case mentioned inside so that we can take proper measures to have this problem resolved as soon as possible. Any complaints brought to our attention after the end of the holiday could only be regarded but we regret in advance that no efforts could be made at this later stage which would have made your holiday more enjoyable.
TEXTS AND PRICES ACCURACY
We endeavour to present the information in our websites and as accurately as possible but some errors may occur during the time of publishing or meant amendments afterwards. We kindly ask you to make sure that the information and price at the time of booking are correct, as well as the information published later on in your invoice and voucher(s).

TRAVEL INSURANCE, HEALTH AND IMMIGRATION
Please note that no travel insurance is included by default in our packages and we suggest that at the time of booking all clients consider purchasing a policy of their choice. Clients are also fully responsible for all visas, passports, immigration, quarantine, customs, health and other requirements of the countries visited or transmitted. A valid passport must be carried by each person. SeventeamLtd. is not responsible if a client fails to ensure that they comply with these requirements.
